To promote and maintain a conducive and unprejudiced educational environment College has constituted Grievance Redressal Cell

The function of the cell is –

• To analyse the nature and pattern of the grievances in a strictly confidential manner
• To ensure effective solution to the students’ grievances with an impartial and fair approach
• To check regularly and resolve grievances of students received in grievance boxes
• To schedule meeting with students and teaching and non teaching staff as and when required

General Procedure

• Student with a genuine grievance may approach the mentor or guardian teacher or department members in person. If not resolve they are told  to contact any member of Grievance Redressal Cell.
• In case the student/ staff is unwilling to appear in self, grievances may be dropped in writing at the letterbox/ suggestion box.
•  Grievances may also be sent through e-mail at info@royalcollegemiraroad.edu.in
