Fine Arts and Cultural Club (FACC) at Royal College organizes various cultural and fine arts related events and workshops throughout the academic year. The club conveners from degree college and junior college, chalks out the plan for every academic year and delegate the task to the student FACC members. Students play a major role in planning and organising the events while teachers act as facilitators. 
Two major cultural events organised by the club every year are the Founder’s Day on 12th October and the Annual Day in the month of December. During Gyan Manthan (college annual fest), FACC organizes maximum of its events. Some of the events organised by FACC over the years involve singing and dancing competition, stone painting, glass painting, tiara making, quilling, fashion sketching, theme based face painting, bouquet making etc. The club presents a unique platform for students to exhibit and enhance there talent.
