Entrepreneurship Development cell (E DC) was established in the academic year 2017-18 with the objective to provide working capital finance to small businesses and occupation carried out by royal college alumni Students who are unable to access the financial institutions for their micro requirement. This cell enables them to stabilize or expand their tiny sector or small scale business. This fund is provided after through scrutiny of need, nature of set up, credit worthiness in college, capacity to refund.
