Nature Club named NISARG provides a platform to reconnect oneself with the environment. The basic practice of our nature club is to sensitize, create awareness, motivate and educate students about ENVIRONMENT. They are provided opportunities to study and admire the environment and thereby understand the need to conserve nature’s bounty. This practice has helped increase students’ awareness of their responsibility towards our mother nature.

Activities like nature trails, camps to parks, sanctuaries & mangroves provide direct experience with nature & help understand its value. Plantation drives, Compositing, Attending to injured birds and animals, Putting up of sparrow nest, Bird watching sessions help to appreciate biodiversity and natural ecosystems, and protect and restore them. Various motivational talks on nature related topics and mesmerizing trips help to get the uninitiated to enjoy and care for nature. Association with like – minded organizations like Sanctuary Asia, Mumbai Bird races help increase contacts & understand the type of work one can do to mitigate damage to nature & wildlife. It has helped to produce large number of green warriors striving to work harder than before with more vigor and enthusiasm for the environment & nature.

In a way we contribute in saving our earth, or in another words, our home!!
